●  The network

1,000+ independent retailers across all 50 states

Brick-and-mortar and own-domain e-commerce. Every participating account is vetted before it can order a brand’s line, and marketplace-only sellers are not eligible for the network.

Who is in it

The network is built from retailers who compete on selection and service rather than on being the cheapest listing. That profile supports a brand’s price positioning and makes a product line worth carrying long term.

Independent specialty stores

Single-location and small-chain retailers built around a category: home, beauty, pet, toys, auto.

Gift & home shops

Curated storefronts where assortment turns over seasonally and impulse price points perform.

Boutiques

Apparel, accessories and fragrance retailers selling on selection rather than price.

Variety & general merchandise

Neighborhood stores carrying broad assortments across household, seasonal and impulse.

Independent e-commerce retailers

Online stores operating on their own domains. Products supplied through DistLeader may not be listed or sold on third-party marketplaces.

On the member roster

We do not publish the names of retailers in our network. A category-relevant network breakdown and, where appropriate, the roster are shared with qualified prospective brand partners under NDA during diligence and onboarding.

Confidentiality protects both the retailers in the network and the brands evaluating the channel. Information is shared only to the extent needed to assess fit, geography and placement potential.

What this gives your brand

One account instead of a thousand

You open a single distributor account with us. Retail locations sit underneath it as ship-to addresses. Your ERP, your credit team and your AR see one customer.

Channel reach without a sales force

Covering independent retail directly means hiring reps, working trade shows and chasing small orders. We already have the relationships.

Vetting before placement

Every retailer is checked for a registered business, applicable resale documentation, a commercial address and a real store profile before it can order your product.

A channel you can audit

Placement, order and reorder reporting makes the channel measurable rather than a black box. Sell-through data is included where participating retailers provide it.

●  Growth

The network is not a static list

We develop the network continuously rather than treating it as a static contact list. New accounts are reviewed for business status, resale documentation, store format, category fit and channel compliance before they can participate in a brand program.

For a brand, this means network growth remains selective. We add retail accounts that fit the channel and match each line by category, store format, region and price position.

Participation in the network does not give a retailer automatic access to every brand. Access to a line depends on the applicable brand program and distribution agreement.

Want the network breakdown for your category?

Send us your line and we’ll come back with an initial fit assessment — store formats, regions and placement potential. Detailed network information is shared under NDA where appropriate.
