What we do

Independent retail in the United States is large and operationally difficult to cover directly. It includes thousands of small operators, many ordering below a brand’s minimum, each requiring account review, order coordination and ongoing support.

Brands often cover national and major regional accounts while the independent channel remains fragmented. Without a managed route into that channel, smaller accounts can be difficult to serve consistently and difficult to align with a brand’s distribution policy.

We built a managed route into independent retail: a vetted network consolidated under one distributor account and governed by published channel standards. A brand authorizes Supply Leader Systems LLC under one agreement and gains access to suitable retail accounts without having to onboard and administer each one directly.
